I've deleted my before last entry because I'm not angry anymore

I spent the entire night tossing and turning with one hot flash after another. I got up a few times and drank 5 cups of water but didn't pee once because I was sweating that much. 34 days untill my hysto consult. Hopefully the surgery won't be much longer after that. I can't keep running on so little sleep and being this grouchy. I wish I was better at managing my mood swings and I apologize for my behaviour. I'm aware it's unacceptable. Hopefully the recent stress is what's made it worse and it will get better soon. I forgot how much my acne broke out when I'm stressed. I take my usually good skin for granted.

I almost wish I could sleep in my cubicle, the AC is on full blast and I've got goosebumps!
