tyresiasI posted a nearly identical post about why some transguys sometimes needs in on "women space" in tranny_rage. Only 2 people responded but one was awesome and we've had a dialogue. It's not quite over but I thought others might be interested in seeing it so far. I've unlocked my entry so it's visible even to non-members.

2 things... I'm thinking of taking portions from my replies to combine it to the post and putting it on ftm or feminist. Yes, I realise that is nearly assuring myself a can of dramatic worms I really don't care for but hey... I'm the one who wants to be a politician, I can see it as an exercise in thickening my skin if nothing else. Anyone have any encouraging words to convince me to go through with this?
I'm gonna ask the lovely lady (presuming the rachel in her username is her name) if she'll friend me on LJ. It's very rare and a true jewel to be able to have intelligent conversation with someone about this type of topic.
